Dear Elite 100 participant,
We look forward to having you attend the Elite 100 at Springfield College on August 1-3, 2025 (2026, 2027,2028 and 2029 Graduates) Please be sure to read all the important information below.
Check In:
Overnight Players:
Check-in will take place at the Alumni Hall Dorm at Springfield College on August 1st from 11:30am-1:00pm for all players attending. You will get settled into your room; we will then head to the fields for your first set of games.
Accommodations (Springfield College Residence Hall,) and meals will be provided. Meals will be provided for each day starting with dinner on Friday and the last meal is lunch on Sunday in the Cheney Dining Hall. Overnight campers please bring a fan for your room, the common area in AC, the dorm rooms are not.
Key and Meal Card Deposit. If you haven't already, overnight players are required to submit a key/meal card (overnight players) deposit at check in for $40 you can bring a check to check in or Venmo @seanquirk2 prior, if you Venmo please put the players name in the notes section of Venmo. This deposit will be returned at the conclusion of camp when you check out when you return your key
We will email overnight and day players your jersey number, team assignment and game schedule several days before the Elite 100. We don't put this together until then as we still have players registering for the event.
Check In:
Day Players:
Check in will take place one hour prior to your first game at Stagg Field Bugbee Family Pavillion. At check in you will get your jersey then report to your first game. If you would like to change from day player to overnight you can do this through the portal you registered through.
We will email overnight and day players your jersey number, team assignment and game schedule several days before the Elite 100. We don't put this together until then as we still have players registering for the event.
Teammates and Friends: If you have friends or teammates that would like to attend The Elite 100, please let them know to register as soon as possible at www.elitelacrosse.com, we are filled at the goalie position and other positions are filling up. If you would like to room together at camp please have them, put your name when they register.
Programs to attend prior to Elite 100: (Players attending one of the 2 programs below may stay overnight July 31st in their dorm room if an overnight camper for Elite 100 . The room, dinner and breakfast are included at no additional cost)
If you are interested in attending one of the three programs the day prior to Elite 100 please register soon as we limit enrollment for each program.
Elite Shooting Combine: July 31st 4:30pm-8:30pm
This 1-day combine features 1 on 1 shooters evaluation and recruiting along with college recruiting/admissions planning and preparation work. The shooting Combine offers a comprehensive program that covers all aspects of the attack/midfield position through both instruction and evaluation. Each player will be coached and evaluated by a top tier staff of coaches. Details and registration link here..... $250.00

Elite-Peak Goalie Combine: July 31st 4:30pm-8:30pm
The Elite Goalie Combine offers a competitive and comprehensive recruiting showcase focusing exclusively on the goalie position. This unique, invitational program allows 1 on 1 exposure for goalies and NCAA Division I II and III college coaches. Our goal is to better prepare goalies for the college lacrosse recruiting process. Local Accommodations for families and day campers if needed.
Parking:
Signs will direct you to Stagg Field and Alumni Hall. Public Safety will direct you to parking also when you arrive on campus.
Check Out:
Games will finish on Sunday August 3rd at 12:00pm. Overnight players, you will return your room key and meal card at the Alumni Hall Dorm. All day players may leave after your last game Sunday.

TEAM ASSIGNMENTS:
We assign players to teams by graduation year so college coaches can evaluate players by class. We are unable to move players to other teams once the teams are set; this is done so the rosters are balanced by position and graduation year. ALL jersey numbers, team assignment and game schedules will be provided several days prior to the Elite 100, as rosters continue to be built with new players registering.
GAME SCHEDULE:
** If game times are affected because of weather, we will communicate this to you through a QR CODE you will receive at check in and we will also post on our Instagram account @elite100lacrosse Again, a QR Code at check will be given with the schedule and changes will be posted so players and families will be able to check on any schedule’s updates.
All Star Games:
If you are selected to compete in the All-Star game Saturday evening, rosters will be posted on our website, Instagram, at the fields and the Residence Hall front doors Saturday early afternoon, please be sure to check our web site www.elitelacrosse.com, the QR Code and Instagram @elite100lacrosse. Players will report to Stagg Field Stadium 20 minutes prior for your all star game time.
College Coaches attending:
Elite 100 will have NCAA Division I, II and III college coaches on staff for the entire 3 days. The list of colleges will be posted at the event, on our web site and emailed to you after the event. Every coach attending will receive a book with your information for recruiting purposes. Along with coaches working the event, we will have a lot of coaches that attend just to recruit.
Next Level Video Game Film:

Fields:
All games will be played on Three-Four Turf fields.
What to Bring:
Each participant should bring the following equipment: water bottle (we will have coolers of ice water but no bottles) stick, helmet, gloves, arm pads, shoulder pads (Goalie chest protector), protective cup, mouth piece, cleats or turf shoes, sneakers (for turf, indoor and recreational use), plus any other optional protective equipment. Comfortable summer clothing is recommended. Overnight campers: Twin sheets, pillow (The dorm is not air conditioned bring a fan, the dining hall is air conditioned)
Camp Store and Food:
Elite Lacrosse will have t shirts, sweatshirts, long sleeve t-shirts, shorts, snacks and beverages in the camp store. We will also have food on site if you wish to eat while at the event, players and families are welcome to bring their own food and drinks. Players will be able to order pizza after the night session through Elite 100. Players Can’t order UberEATS or DoorDash, public safety will not allow them on campus during camp.
Spectators:
Family members are welcome to attend any and all the games.
Medical Staff:
We will have an athletic trainer on each field for any assistance you need prior, during or after games. Medical staff also stays in the dorms at night.
